Five Rules Apply for the Weekend:

1.    Scout Association Rules will be strictly adhered to. 

2.    A non canoeing adult must be in charge of camping and lakeside supervision at all times and must be available to coaches and participants when required.

3.    If you have any persons under 18 attending then a Parent's Permission Form is required, which the non canoeing adult should keep with them at all times.

4.    Each booking must have their own Home Contact in accordance with the Scout Association rules on the matter AND must leave the name(s) of that Home Contact with Reception when booking in.  Can I remind you that this person CANNOT be related by blood or be emotionally attached to anyone in your party.

 5.   Each group must follow the 21 items set for the weekend - sheet sent on confirmation of booking.
